Don’t wait until burnout hits. Put basic systems in place now so you can grow without chaos later. Keep what works, ditch what doesn’t.

7. Know Your Numbers
Understand your income, expenses, and profit. The more you know your numbers, the better decisions you’ll make, and the more confident you’ll feel.
