PRIVATE COACHING AGREEMENT 

 

PRIVATE COACHING SERVICES 

  • I understand that Sam Browne & Jo Jensen, founders of The VA Foundry, will provide private virtual assistant coaching, which will take place at a nominated and agreed upon time, via Zoom. 
  • Each session will be 1 hour in length.

SCOPE OF PRACTICE 

  • I understand that coaching is not therapy, counselling, or consulting and that my coaches may suggest a referral where my needs are beyond their scope of practice as a coach.
  • I understand that my coaches are not a physician and therefore does not diagnose or treat disease, and that my sessions are not a substitute for diagnosis or treatment from a qualified health practitioner for illnesses, injuries, or other medical conditions. 
  • I understand that coaching sessions are 100% judgement free.
  • I understand that Sam and Jo are not responsible for the outcome of any decisions I make following the session and that all decisions are my own.

CONFIDENTIALITY/CLIENT RIGHTS 

  •  I understand that anything said or revealed in the sessions between coaches and client is privileged information and will not be disclosed to any outside party. The exception is if the information revealed includes disclosure of illegal, unethical, or criminal activities. 
  • I understand that my coaches may release information if legally obligated, or reasonably allowed to do so. (Including circumstances where there is clear and imminent danger to myself or another person). 
  • I understand that my confidential personal file is kept in a secure location and is retained for 5 years after my coaching services cease, after which time all information will be destroyed in a proper manner. 

COMMITMENT 

  • I understand that the role of a virtual assistant coach is to act as a supportive guide during the coaching process. The results that will stem from each session will depend entirely on the responsibility of me taking action on our agreed steps forward to create the changes I desire. 
  • If at any time I have a concern about the coaching experience, I agree to raise it with my coaches in the first instance, either verbally or in writing. I understand that my coaches requires healthy communication in order to provide me with a speedy resolution.

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING 

  • I understand I must give a minimum of 48 hours’ notice if I need to reschedule our session by emailing [email protected] 
  • I understand that if I fail to notify my coaches and completely miss our scheduled session, that I will be charged 100% of the full session fee. 

SESSIONS/PACKAGE 

  • I agree to the following Coaching Package: One Off Session 
  • I understand that I am responsible for booking my sessions via my coaches' Calendly link.

PAYMENTS 

  • I agree that payment of $371 AUD is required upfront. 

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT 

  • I have read and understand the above disclosure regarding the services offered by Sam Browne & Jo Jensen. 
  • I further understand that I have entered into this contract with Sam Browne & Jo Jensen, virtual assistant coaches at The VA Foundry, for the purpose of receiving virtual assistant coaching services as described on thevafoundry.com website.
  • I have read and understand the above disclosure regarding privacy policies and confidentiality, and that experiences during these sessions are confidential, but subject to the usual exceptions governed by laws of New Zealand and other national laws and regulations. 
  • Except in the case of gross negligence or malpractice, I or my representative(s) agree to fully release and hold harmless Sam Browne & Jo Jensen, The VA Foundry from and against any and all claims, or liability of whatsoever kind, or nature arising out of or in connection with, my session(s). 
  • By ticking the checkbox, I affirm my understanding and acceptance of the terms and conditions of this contract.              

PRIVATE COACHING PACKAGE 

Our work together will include the following: 

  • Dedicated Zoom call/s where we go deep with you and work out your exact next steps 
  • Video recording of our coaching sessions uploaded to your The VA Foundry login within 24 hours as well as follow up notes and action steps to be taken
